Setting up your exhibit is permitted during the following dates/times:

Sunday, April 26, 2020: 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Monday, April 27, 2020: 6:00 - 7:00 a.m.

*NOTE: Set up is not allowed during breakfast or breaks.

Breakdown:
All breakdown of exhibits can begin on Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. after the morning session break.

Packages shipped to the Loews Portofino Bay Hotel should be addressed as follows:

Any shipment with multiple packages must be numbered to reflect the total number of packages in the shipment.

Items should arrive no earlier than April 20, 2020.  Please note that you are responsible for package handling fees incurred through the hotel.

Shipping From the Hotel:

To keep costs to a minimum, it is recommended that you provide a pre-paid shipping label for any items that you ship from the hotel at the conclusion of the event.  Hotel personnel will assist in shipping items; however, a package handling fee may be incurred.
