Overview

The American College of Physician Advisors' 2022 National Physician Advisor Conference took place in April 11-13 in Austin, Texas. Physician Advisors were called upon and expected to solve complex problems that cross several department lines in their various roles.

The focus of the 2022 National Physician Advisor Conference (NPAC) was to explore the spectrum of these assignments, recognize and acknowledge how diverse they are, describe (and when necessary, postulate) strategies to address these challenges, and emphasize the collaborative nature of these strategies. All sessions including the accompanying 25.5 credit hours are for purchase by clicking below.


Objectives

After attending this program you should be able to:


1. Equip new and existing physician advisors, case managers, clinical documentation improvement specialists, revenue cycle professionals, and other leaders with focused topic discussions to assist them in navigating their unique healthcare systems.


2. Discuss emerging developments in the fields of clinical documentation improvement, revenue cycle, regulatory strategy, financial strategy, professional leadership, and pediatrics.


3. Create an environment of collaboration and networking within the American College of Physician Advisors.

Learners must listen to each self-directed audio recording while following along with the visual slides/complete a posttest for CCMC and complete an evaluation form to receive a certificate of completion. You must participate in the entire activity as partial credit is not available.  If you are seeking continuing education credit for a specialty not listed below, it is your responsibility to contact your licensing/certification board to determine course eligibility for your licensing/certification requirement.
