Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATION REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
Cancellation refunds will only be considered when received in writing or via email. Cancellations received by ACPA on or before March 15, 2018 will be refunded net of a $245 cancellation processing fee. After March 15, 2018, cancellation refunds will only be considered on a case by case basis due to medical good cause.
If you are unable to attend for any reason, you can transfer your registration to another person without penalty. If the receiving person would otherwise have a higher registration fee than the original registrant, the difference will also be due.
